Complaints Procedure

Products in the e-shop www.woodkingdom.cz are guaranteed for 2 years and claims are governed by the Czech legislation of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection.

We recommend that all shipments accepted by the customer be inspected in the presence of the driver for any breakage or breakage of the packaging, or cutting of the original manufacturer's tapes and stickers. In the event of a breach, the shipment should be unpacked immediately and the contents checked for completeness. In the event of damage or incompleteness of the consignment, a damage report must be drawn up on the spot, indicating the nature and extent of the damage or an inventory of the goods missing from the consignment. By signing (at the carrier / post office) or accepting the goods, the buyer also confirms that the goods delivered do not bear any signs of obvious defects or damage. He also agrees that the ownership of the goods passes to the buyer at the moment of full payment of the purchase price.

If the goods are scratched, deformed or similar upon delivery, this must be notified to the Seller immediately. At the latest on the day of receipt of the shipment. Later claims for these reasons will not be taken into account.

Failure to comply with the complaint procedure described above exposes the consignee to the risk of non-acceptance of any claim. 

Return of goods within the statutory 14-day period

The product purchased through our online shop does not match your expectations? Then you have the option of returning it without giving reasons within the statutory 14-day period from the date of receipt. This does not apply to goods that are made to measure according to the customer's wishes. The claim for return must be notified by e-mail to info@woodkingdom.cz and, after agreement with the seller, the parcel must be sent directly to Wood Kingdom s.r.o., Jindřicha Bubeníčka 1597/3, 104 00 Prague 10- Uhříněves.

The refund will be made within 14 days of the return of the goods (receipt of the goods by the company) to the bank account specified by the buyer.

Complaints within 2 years

The claim for a claim for goods must be notified by e-mail, where you will provide your name, order number and description of the defect. If necessary, attaching photo documentation will speed up the claim process. The retailer will then contact you to discuss the claim options. If necessary, the claimed goods will be sent directly to Wood Kingdom s.r.o., Jindřicha Bubeníčka 1597/3, 104 00 Prague 10- Uhříněves.

Our liability is limited to reasonable repair of the product, replacement with new goods or re-production of the order if the product cannot be repaired or refund.

Complaints can be settled in the following ways:

  1. acceptance of the claim in full - repair, sending a new product or refund within 14 days.
  2. partial acceptance of the complaint
  3. non-acceptance of the complaint

The customer will be informed of the outcome of the claim by email as specified in the order. This notification fulfils the legal deadline of 30 days to settle the complaint.
